Try it first: 30-day pilot
$150 for 30 days. Run the system on your own business before you commit. You get a private copy, one 45-minute training call and support by email and WhatsApp. You load a sample of your own rooms, rates or suppliers with our templates, and run it alongside your current system.
If you continue, the $150 is taken off your setup fee and everything you entered is kept. If not, you owe nothing more and we delete your data within 14 days.

Prices in US dollars a month, billed yearly in advance (for example, $325 a month is $3,900 a year). They exclude VAT and any tax your country requires to be withheld from payments to us.
Setup
$1,000, one time. Setup covers your branding, your private system address, user accounts and two online training sessions for your team. You load your rooms, rates or suppliers using our templates.
Prefer us to do it? We can load your rooms, rates, supplier contracts, guests and opening balances for you. We quote this once we have seen your data.
Changes for your business
$60 an hour. If you need the system to work a particular way, we build it for you. We tell you the number of hours before we start, and work begins only when you approve.
Always included
Your logo and colours on every screen. Your branded PDF documents: proposals, invoices, receipts, vouchers and booking forms. Hosting on our secure servers, daily backups and updates. Email and WhatsApp support. Two-factor sign-in for every user.
Paid at cost
If you already use another channel manager, such as STAAH, you keep paying them directly, and connecting it is quoted as a change. SMS and WhatsApp messages are charged at the provider’s price with no markup. The guest concierge includes a fair allowance; heavy use is charged at cost.
Our OTA connection
$40 a month per property, billed yearly. No channel manager of your own? Connect to Booking.com, Expedia and other OTAs through our built-in connection, powered by Channex.
Questions
Who owns our data?
You do. You can export everything at any time. If you leave, you take all of it with you, and we delete our copy. We never use your guest or booking data for anything except running your system.
Where does our system run?
On our secure servers, at a private address for your business. On request, it can run on your own web address instead. Either way, your team and guests see your logo and colours.
Is there a minimum contract?
One year. Prices are shown per month but billed once a year in advance. The plan renews each year unless you give us 60 days’ notice before the renewal date.
Can we add Accounts later?
Yes, at any time. You pay the add-on price for the rest of your current year, and your existing bookings and payments carry straight across.
Which currencies do you support?
Any. Each company keeps its own currency, and rates can be set in local currency for residents.
Which channel managers do you work with?
Our own OTA connection, powered by Channex, at $40 a month per property, billed yearly. It connects to Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and other OTAs. If you already use another channel manager, such as STAAH, we can connect to it on request, quoted as a change.
What happens after the pilot?
If you continue, you pay the yearly price and the setup fee less the $150 you paid for the pilot, and keep everything you entered. If you do not, you owe nothing more, and we delete your data within 14 days.
