How we compare

Like for like: our Hotel CRM against hotel systems, our Travel CRM against tour operator software, and our Accounts against general accounting apps.

Where they are stronger

Established systems connect to more equipment and partners today, such as door locks, phone systems and restaurant tills, and have long track records with hotel chains. If you need deep links into a chain’s central systems, they are the safer choice.

Where we are stronger

Sales follow-up, kitchen, bar, payroll and AI come in one system with one price, instead of a system plus several add-ons. It is built for remote properties, agent-heavy sales and guests who book months ahead.

Travel CRM vs tour operator software

Where they are stronger

Itinerary tools such as Safari Portal and Wetu produce more designed, image-rich itineraries for guests. Tourplan suits large operators and wholesalers with complex contracts.

Where we are stronger

Lead calling, costing, operations and full accounts work together with no exports. Three-option proposals and tracking of opens and replies help close more enquiries. One flat price, however many people use it.

Accounts vs general accounting apps

Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero are good general accounting apps. They do not know what a booking, a supplier contract or an OTA payout is, so travel businesses fill the gap by hand.

Where they are stronger

Automatic bank feeds, a large choice of add-on apps, and wide familiarity among outside accountants. If you run one simple company, a general app may be enough.

Where we are stronger

Bookings, payments and supplier costs flow into the books on their own. Several companies run under one subscription with one group view. When you need the system to work a certain way, we change it for you.

Based on each vendor’s public pages and independent review sites, November 2026. “Check with vendor” means we could not confirm the feature from public sources. Products and prices change; check with each vendor before deciding. All product names belong to their owners. We are not connected with any of them.

See it running on real bookings.

A 30-minute call. We show you the system as it is used every day, then set it up with your rooms or your suppliers.
